This Everpure EV9627-05 7CC-BW water filter cartridge is a perfect replacement for an old one, and helps to ensure that your facility's water is fine-tuned to meet your specific needs! This particular filter is designed to work on select Everpure reverse osmosis (RO) systems to add a controlled amount of hardness to your water supply using calcium carbonate. This is primarily done in applications where the water hardness is naturally very low, and some hardness is desirable to achieve best results (for instance, when using coffee equipment). This also works to combat some of the corrosive effects that can come with exceptionally low total dissolved solids. The flow rate is 0.5 gpm. It has a 10 - 125 psi pressure rating and an operating temperature range of 35 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
